Sharing Your Reset Report
The report is a number, not a mood board. That is what makes it shareable.
The card: your 3-month goal completion percentage, the two or three goals you actually picked, and one honest line about what broke. The number does the talking - "68% finished, one habit actually stuck, one dream quietly died."
Why it spreads: January goal posts are aspirational and easy to skip. An October report is brutally concrete - a number you cannot spin. People share them because the honesty is the punchline.
The follow-up hook: "will I hit 80% by December?" - pin that question as a comment and come back in three months to answer it. That is the whole November/December engagement engine of the trend.
