About the Eye Movement Challenge
The Eye Movement Challenge is a viral TikTok trend that tests how smoothly you can track a moving object with your eyes. The challenge went viral in early September 2026, with millions of users trying to see if they have "psychopath eyes" - the ability to follow targets with unnaturally smooth eye movements.
How to Play
Follow the dot with your eyes (and your mouse/cursor). The target will move around the screen in random patterns. Your goal is to keep your eyes as smooth as possible while tracking it. At the end, you'll get a Smoothness Score and a fun Psychopath Score rating!
What Does a Smooth Eye Movement Mean?
Smooth eye tracking is rare in humans. Most people's eyes make small jumps (called saccades) when following moving objects. The challenge measures how smoothly you can track without jerky movements. A high score means your eyes move like a predator or a smooth operator!
