How to Play

Why Is It Hard?
When your head is upside down, gravity pulls your facial features in different directions. The orbicularis oris muscle (around your mouth) behaves differently when inverted, making it surprisingly difficult to create a natural-looking smile. This is why only about 1% of people can do it perfectly in real life!
