KI

Hold the door

The threats come from four directions - left, right, up-left, up-right - and each one that reaches the door counts a miss. Three misses and the door closes.

Every clean guard adds ki. When the meter is full, the super mode runs: the threats slow, the guard widens, and the pose is the guard - the way the poster was made.

Threats come from four directions - left, right, up-left, up-right - and each one that reaches the door counts a miss. Three misses ends the run. Click a threat to guard it: every clean guard adds a point of ki, and when the meter is full the super mode runs for eight seconds - the threats slow, the guard widens, and the pose is the guard. The card is how long you held the door, and the camp says which run the month would have filed.

The wave behind the run is the October 2026 French Wukong meme: the game-shop employee at the door of the storefront, the dragon-ball hero poster in the window, and the pose that made the two the same image. The street moved through the city on the nineteenth and twentieth of the month, and the door is the part that stayed. The game plays the second half of the story - the guard - against the first half, the run of threats the street sent: the four directions are the street, the clicks are the guard, and the ki meter is the wave's own tell for the moment the guard stops being a click and starts being the pose. The camps on the card are the month's own filing: past the super is the run that kept going after the meter, through the super is the run that held the slower threats, and the closed door is the run the misses ended - the one before the pose.
