Two Fishes Debate
Pick the listener, the absurd position, the calmest argument.
Two Fishes Debate Simulator - win the argument nobody asked you to defend, with the patience of a man who would not argue it.
"If you have two fish, that does not mean you must put one back."
Tip: the same argument that wins with a friend is a fireable moment with a boss. Match the delivery to the listener.
About the Two Fishes Debate Simulator
The "Two Fishes" trend went viral from Corbin Mims on Love Island USA: "if you have two fish, that does not mean you must put one back". TikTok turned it into the format of defending the absurd - "I can save money and travel", "I can be calm and a little unhinged" - all delivered at TED-talk patience. This simulator plays the whole move: pick a listener, take an absurd position, choose the calmest of three Corbin-style arguments, and the game reads your win rate on that specific person.
How to Play
Three rounds. Each: choose who you are arguing to (parent, friend, boss), read the absurd position, and pick the argument - tight, warm, or unhinged. Each argument has a different win rate on a different listener. After three rounds the card prints your win rate, your calm index, and the position you defended best. Then the generator takes your own contradiction and writes the calm Corbin-style defense for it.
Why the Calm Is the Skill
The Two Fishes move is not winning on logic - it is refusing to get rushed. The calm index counts how many rounds you kept the delivery unshaken. You can be wrong on every position and still run a high calm index, because that is exactly the spirit of the trend: defend the nonsense at full volume, and let the patience do the work.
