Sharing Your Card
The card is not "you quit." It is "you stopped the right one, and you can still say why."
The card: your freedom index, your quit level - from "still holding on" at the bottom to "stop-the-wedding master" at the top - and the one commitment you stopped best. The card is a verdict, not a count: it tells you whether the stops you made were the right stops.
Why the level is the share: "still holding on" is the low one, and everyone recognizes it - it is the room you have not walked out of yet. "Stop-the-wedding master" is the one people screenshot and send to a friend who is in the middle of a commitment that no longer fits. The two ends are the two share-states, and both are honest.
The follow-up hook: "which one are you still holding on to?" - pin that question and the thread becomes a wall of people naming the commitment they keep pretending still fits. That is the whole trend - not the song, not the clip, the one honest question that the held breath is there to answer.
