Clanker Detector
Ten texts, ten seconds each: is the other side of the screen a person, or a clanker?
Some texts are obvious, two are traps - a human wearing clanker shape, and a clanker that learned the 2am tone. Sort all ten, then run the Clanker density slider and pull your Radar card.
The hum is already in the queue. At least you can name it.
Clanker Maker
Same theme, one question - "why is the sky blue" - crawled from plain language to full boilerplate. Drag the density and watch the line turn metal.
If a 10-second read ever feels generous, you have had the 3am refund call.
About Clanker Detector
Clanker is the new slur for the machines on the other side of your screen - the chatbot, the voice assistant, the checkout hum - and it has already made it into dictionaries as "an insult for machines in general." The detector is a ten-text sort: ten seconds each, two buttons, and two traps - a human imitating the clanker's shape, and a clanker that learned to talk at 2am. After the sort, the maker section takes one line and drags it up the Clanker density slider from plain science to full boilerplate, so the tells stop being abstract.
How to Play
Read the text, hit HUMAN or CLANKER before the ten-second bar empties - an empty bar is a miss. Wrong calls earn the feature read (the tell you kept missing). The final Radar card scores your detection, names your type, and quotes the text you misread, built for the "my radar is calibrated" or "I was reading receipts the whole time" caption.
