How to Set the Sarcasm Dial

The same clap reads very different at the bottom of the slider versus the top. Match the sarcasm to the moment, or the card lies.

Five stops on the slider

The sarcasm dial runs from polite - the cat claps supportively, barely a hint of smug - up to full roast, where it has clearly decided you deserve every second of it. The middle sits somewhere around "mild concern." Which stop you pick should come from how bad the moment actually was, not how much you want to be mocked.

Low sarcasm is the flex

Counterintuitive: the most shareable cards often sit low on the dial. A tiny, almost-kind clap after a big cringe reads as the cat quietly pitying you, which is funnier than a scorching one. Players who max the sarcasm every time get predictable cards; the ones who land it at stop two or three look like they actually know themselves.

Watch the beat before you commit

The clap is on a beat, not on your tap. Reading the rhythm - one, two, CLAP - before you slam the sarcasm high is what separates a clean hit from a roast. A late clap at full sarcasm is the single worst result in the game, and it is the one people tag their friends with.
