How the 75 Soft Smoothness Score Works
The 75 Soft Challenge looks like an aim test, but the scoring math is the whole thing. Here is what the game is actually measuring.
How the Stutter Score Is Computed
Every time the target moves the game records the direction your aim was heading. When you correct to the new spot, the angle between your last heading and your new one is added to a running total. Over the 30 seconds the game divides your total turn against what a perfectly smooth path would have needed. That ratio is the Smoothness.
Why Loose Beats Fast
Aim that snaps between spots makes big angle changes, so it posts a low Smoothness. Aim that drifts into the next spot turns the same path through fewer degrees and posts a high one. The players who beat their score are the ones who let the path drift instead of whipping it.
What the Three Zones Mean
- High Smoothness - your aim barely corrects, you ride the target
- Middle Smoothness - you chase it fine but with visible corrections
- Low Smoothness - you snap between spots and the angle meter spikes
Can You Actually Train It?
Yes, in the sense that everyone improves over a few runs. The first attempt is usually a twitchy one because the hand is learning where the target lands. By the third run most players have a feel for the drift and the number climbs. It is a feel, not a test.
